1. Introduction

Welcome to 4RON 3D Pty Ltd (“4RON 3D”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Definitions

• “4RON 3D” refers to 4RON 3D Pty Ltd, the company providing professional 3D scanning and custom 3D-printed figurine services.

• “Customer” refers to any individual or organisation purchasing or using our services.

• “Product” refers to any 3D scan, figurine, or related digital or physical service provided by 4RON 3D.

3. Orders & Customisation

• Customers must provide accurate and complete information for 3D scanning and model creation.

• Once a 3D model has been reviewed and approved for printing, no further modifications can be made.

• Orders are processed in the order they are received. Production timelines may vary based on demand, complexity, and material availability.

4. Production & Delivery

• Standard production time is approximately 20 business days, though this may vary depending on order volume and design complexity.

• As our figurines are delicate and considered works of art, customers are encouraged to collect their orders in person from our Perth studio.

• For those unable to collect, paid shipping services are available. Customers must ensure all shipping details are accurate.

• 4RON 3D is not liable for delays or damages caused by incorrect addresses or third-party courier services.

5. Refunds, Replacements & Cancellations

• Due to the custom-made nature of our products, orders are non-refundable once printing has commenced.

• Cancellation requests made before production begins may be eligible for a partial refund at 4RON 3D’s discretion.

• Products damaged during transit or upon arrival may be eligible for replacement if reported within 2 business days with photographic evidence.

• 4RON 3D is not responsible for damage caused by misuse or improper storage; however, reorders may qualify for a discounted rate.

6. Product Material & Usage Guidelines

• All figurines are crafted using high-quality resin materials, intended for display and artistic purposes only.

• Products are non-toxic and safe, but not edible or suitable as toys. Keep out of reach of children.

• Avoid exposing figurines to high temperatures or direct sunlight, as heat may cause softening or deformation.

7. Intellectual Property

• All 3D models, scans, and designs created by 4RON 3D remain the intellectual property of the company.

• Customers may reproduce, modify, or distribute any 3D model or figurine without written consent from 4RON 3D if scan was purposed with download or USB.

• 4RON 3D reserves the right to use anonymized scans and images for marketing or promotional purposes, unless the customer requests otherwise in writing.

8. Privacy Policy

• Customer information and 3D data are securely stored and used solely for production and delivery purposes.

• Data will not be shared with third parties without the customer’s explicit consent.

• Customers may request deletion of their personal data and 3D scans upon completion of their order.

9. Liability & Disclaimer

• Minor variations in colour, texture, or surface finish may occur and are inherent to the 3D printing process.

• 4RON 3D is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or any indirect loss resulting from the use or misuse of our products.

10. Amendments & Governing Law

• 4RON 3D reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
