At 4RON 3D Pty Ltd, we take great pride in producing high-quality 3D scans, digital models, and custom figurines. Because each piece is uniquely created to your specifications, our refund and returns process differs from that of standard retail purchases.
This policy is designed in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) to ensure fairness and transparency for all customers.
2. Custom Orders & Non-Refundable Items
All 3D scans, prints, and figurines are custom-made and personalised based on your digital scan or approved design. As such, these items cannot be returned or refunded once production has commenced, except as required by law.
Please review your digital 3D model carefully before approving it for printing, as changes cannot be made after approval.
3. Cancellations
Orders cancelled before production begins may be eligible for a partial refund, at the discretion of 4RON 3D.
Once a 3D model enters the printing or finishing stage, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully inspect each figurine before delivery or pickup. However, if your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 business days of receiving it.
To process a replacement:
Provide clear photos or video evidence of the damage or defect.
Include your order number and contact details in your email.
Once verified, we may offer one of the following remedies:
Replacement of the item (preferred solution).
Partial refund where a replacement is not practical.
Damage caused by improper handling, exposure to heat, or misuse is not covered under this policy.
5. Change of Mind
Please note that change of mind refunds or exchanges are not available, as all products are produced to individual specifications.
6. Shipping & Collection
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
4RON 3D is not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party couriers or incorrect delivery information.
For maximum safety, customers are encouraged to collect their figurines in person from our Perth studio whenever possible.
7. Australian Consumer Law Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for a major fault, and to compensation for any loss or damage that is reasonably foreseeable.
