Each order is carefully crafted and handled with precision, ensuring your personalised creation arrives safely and beautifully.

This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver our 3D products across Australia.


2. Production Timeframes

  • Standard production time is approximately 20 business days from the date of model approval.

  • Production time may vary depending on the complexity of your figurine, order volume, or material availability.

  • You’ll receive an email or SMS notification once your order is ready for pickup or dispatch.


3. Order Pickup (Preferred Option)

Due to the fragile and artistic nature of our 3D figurines, we encourage customers to collect their orders in person from our Perth studio.
This ensures the product remains in perfect condition and allows for an on-site inspection before taking it home.

We will contact you to schedule a convenient pickup time once your order is complete.


4. Shipping Options

If you’re unable to collect your order, we offer secure, paid shipping options across Australia.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout or quoted during the ordering process based on location and item size.

All parcels are packaged with protective materials to prevent damage during transit.


5. Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers must provide accurate and complete delivery details.

  • 4RON 3D is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses or third-party courier services.

  • Once the item is handed over to the courier, tracking details will be provided to you via email.

We recommend choosing a tracked delivery service for additional peace of mind.


6. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and courier service:

  • Perth Metro: 20 business days after dispatch

  • Regional WA: 20 business days

  • Interstate (Australia-wide): 20 business days

Please note that public holidays or peak periods (e.g., Christmas) may cause slight delays.


7. Damaged Shipments

While we take every precaution to package items securely, accidents can happen.
If your figurine arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 business days of receiving it with clear photos or video evidence.
We’ll assess the situation and offer an appropriate resolution — replacement, repair, or partial refund, as per our Refunds & Returns Policy.

At this stage, 4RON 3D Pty Ltd primarily serves customers within Australia.
